Concept: A study of the multiple identities we adopt to fit the expectations of those around us. The distorted portraits and fractured visuals represent how we shift between personalities as a mask, hiding our true selves beneath layers of performance.

Reflection: This piece taught me how distortion can communicate the instability of identity. By visualizing the clash between authentic self and external expectations, I explored how design can capture the pressures of conformity in everyday life.

Concept: A visual metaphor for nostalgia and memory’s weight. The melting pocket watch represents time slipping away, while shifting color palettes sepia for longing, red for urgency, and blue for melancholy capture the emotions tied to looking backward.
